This is a ranked list of the most annoying monsters from Underdocks in Act I of Slay the Spire 2. This covers monsters from hall way fights. Minions, elites, and bosses are not included.

Voters are instructed to rank monsters based on how annoying they are across their various appearances in the game. This is not strictly about how difficult a monster is, but that may contribute to how annoying it is.
